Shipping Policy

  2. Processing Time: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. However, during peak periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing time estimates.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions for eligible orders, which will be clearly indicated on our website or promotional materials.

  9. If you are ordering a kit for an in-person workshop, the kit will be delivered to you at the event, unless you request otherwise. 

International Shipping

We will add international shipping destinations as we grow. In the meantime, feel free to contact us and we will calculate shipping for your location.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Return: Products may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  2. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to initiate a return. Please retain your proof of purchase until the return process is completed.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at shelly@shellysartspace.com within the specified return period. We will guide you through the return process, provide any necessary forms or documentation, and address any questions or concerns you may have.

  4. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is typically the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

  5. Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned art supplies and verifying their condition, we will process either a refund or exchange based on your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Exchanges will be subject to product availability.

  6. Non-Returnable Items: Some art supplies may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or specific characteristics of the product. This may include items such as opened paints, brushes, or personalized/customized materials. Please check with our customer service team for specific details regarding non-returnable items.
